Cues are styled with CSS. On enterprise plans we will work with you to style cues so they fit in seamlessly into your website. Users on the Snippets plan can request our team to help style their Snippets cues, or chose from our ready to go templates.

No – we can position and style cues depending on device so they work around your existing widgets and pop ups. Cues are reactionary so will only appear when the time is right for the user.

Yes! Cues.ai works in a way where the user data for audience segmentation and displaying cues is never sent to our servers. Customers using lead capture functionality can be ensured that data is kept secure in our UK based servers.

Our pricing is based on the user pathways you wish to target, so this depends on your current plan. Additional user pathways can be purchased at any point. A user pathway is a series of cue notifications for a specifically targeted audience and associated sub-audiences.
